Their technology first provides the employer with an optimal plan specific to their business and later works with their employees towards planning, saving, and investing towards retirement. Originally named “Kaizenvest” — I helped transform their business into a thriving brand which was later acquired by Acorns. Two years later, they became a leader in fintech, with a valuation of $860M.
